The case for regulation of animal rehoming organisations

Earlier this year I sponsored a Dogs Trust event in Parliament highlighting a shocking gap in animal welfare regulation. Rehoming organisations across England, Wales and Northern Ireland remain unlicensed with no inspection regime.
