Disabled bus pass holders across England will be able to travel for free at any time of day

From April 2027, disabled bus pass holders across England will be able to travel for free at any time of day. Currently passes are only valid after 9.30am on weekdays which creates a barrier for those needing to travel earlier for work or appointments. Backed by £60 million, this change will open up access and I am extremely pleased to see this announced!
